Nicole Johnson is a Service Executive at MBP with more than 25 years of experience in project management, cost analysis, cost estimating, procurement and value engineering. Ms. Johnson’s experience includes work on rail, transit, airport, highway and bridge, educational, commercial, residential, healthcare, water/wastewater and correctional projects throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and across the US. Her clients include Amtrak, FTA, SEPTA, NJ Transit, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the City of Philadelphia and its Divisions of Aviation and Public Property, and the Pennsylvania Department of General Services, among others.
Ms. Johnson has an MBA in Production and Operations Management from Drexel University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University. Ms. Johnson is an American Association of Cost Engineers International (AACEI) Certified Estimating Professional (CEP). She is also an accredited LEED AP Building Design and Construction professional, and holds training certifications from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
In addition, Ms. Johnson is the Region 2 Director for the American Association of Cost Engineers’ (AACE). She is also active in the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS). Nicole has been a member of AACE since 2016 and has committed to the organization in various facets, including her roles as Secretary and Vice President of the Delaware Valley Section of AACE, as a board member of the Women in Project Controls Committee (WPC) and as a participant in conference preparation for the Regional 2 Symposium for several years.
