Dave is the owner of CEOptimize Consulting Ltd, a cost engineering optimization company. He has authored numerous papers on estimating, and is the primary contributor for 3 AACE RP's. He has nineteen years of industrial estimating experience, twenty one years of electrical construction/ management experience in the mining, forest, and oil industries and forty+ years of leadership and teaching experience.
Dave participates in individual coaching and mentoring, and has developed and implemented an extensive in-house training program at CNRL for staff centered on AACE standards and procedures.
Dave Kyle is the former Estimating Manager for Canadian Natural Resources Limited in Alberta Canada.
Dave is a Certified Estimating Professional (CEP), a Certified Cost Professional (CCP), and a Master Electrician. He is also the Chair of the AACE Estimating Subcommittee and an Associate member of the Technical Board.
