Bob has over a decade of experience in the evaluation of financial damages and cost impacts claimed by contractors on construction projects. His project assignments cover building projects for new construction as well as renovations to existing facilities, including industrial plants, schools, stadiums, highways, commercial office buildings, manufacturing facilities, hospitals, bridges, ports, power plants, and waterways. He has focused on the analysis and preparation of fair and reasonable estimates for delay, disruption and acceleration claims as well as calculating earned value and loss of productivity assessments.
Prior construction dispute consulting, Mr. Dieterle worked in corporate finance, analyzing operating group financial performance, and assisting in the preparation of company-wide budgets, preparing cash flow forecasts and preparing monthly financial packages for operations managers.
