GENERAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE



  • Over four decades of experience in the Construction Industry in Building Construction, Heavy Construction, Highway, Street and Bridge Construction, Municipal and Public Works Construction and Construction Management. Projects include large, highly complex projects to small, relatively simple projects resulting in over four decades of practical experience covering virtually every kind of construction project.

  • Accumulated actual work experience in various trades, including specialty fields such as concrete work; pile driving; earthwork (including earthen dams/levees); carpentry and millwork; drywall; roofing; structural steel erection and pre-cast concrete erection; masonry; railroad construction; plumbing; electrical; infrastructure work such as paving, water, drainage structures, and piping; pumping stations; sewer lift stations, structures, and piping; bridge building; and associated support work for these various trades.

  • Experienced in all facets of residential (single and multi-family), industrial and commercial construction with specialization in bridge construction, earthwork, site-work, and pile driving.

  • Experienced in demolition and emergency fire repair, special and catastrophe construction including explosion, fire, and earth tremor. Immediately after 1988 Shell Norco Explosion, performed extensive reconstruction of refinery with zero downtime.

  • Experienced in waste treatment facility construction, containment construction for waste dump facilities, pumping stations, industrial plants, railroad terminals, intermodal facilities, railroad switch yard and track construction, highway, street, and bridge construction, drainage structures, controlled temperature warehouses, office buildings, banks, schools, historic restoration and renovations, hospitals, shopping centers, baseball stadiums, performing arts centers, sports facilities, multi-use facilities, basketball and volleyball arenas, heliports, airports, retail stores, restaurants, churches and convents, funeral homes, hotels, libraries, fire stations, and private residences.
