Chris Caddell is a Director with the Spire Consulting Group, a project management consulting firm. Chris is based in Houston, TX and part of its Dispute Resolution service.  He has over 30 years of project management experience, supporting projects in a wide variety of industries around the world including oil & gas, life sciences, infrastructure, manufacturing, and buildings. He is an expert in project controls, risk management, and claims. Chris is former President of AACE International and currently serving on the Certification Associate Board.  He has authored or co-authored over a dozen papers on cost engineering topics including estimating, scheduling, risk analysis, project controls, claims, and assurance reviews. He is a registered PE, CCP, and DRMP.
