I think that there are no available tools that can do that as the shape and form of your data might be different to others so is very particular, I find that the effort should be on building the pipeline of info as opposed to build tools.
I have started in the past with excel until the point we had enough data to migrate to sql and then with a good structure and consistent information on an established workflow, tools are the next step, then you can interrogate the data on a different level but again depends on what you need to get from it.
so in summary I have seen tools, but none of them account for the data pipeline so they are not good enough to be used unless you curate your info before and then the tools are rigid and hard to adapt, some software like cleopatra has a database but is again a database and the analysis is still on you. therefore i dont think that there are available tools that can suit all yet, perhaps in the near future
