We have recently (October 2024) released Djobu, a project control system aimed at EVM and Agile programs that is build on the Microsoft Power Platform. The ability to use Power Bi to display all the data is extremely flexible, and Copilot AI looks like it is going to continue to get more capable and interesting.
I counted over 20 different software skills we used to put this together; if you don't have time to learn those please take a look and let me know if we can help: EVMS on Demand - Transformative Management Solutions

Ross,
Thank you for initiating the discussion, I find this subject very interesting. I believe is does not matter the tool each company use for cost management, many of them are well known between us as professionals. Passing the data collection needs and Standarization of that is what to do with it, in my many attempts to learn about data analysis I ended to go thru a software specific learning which become a time-consuming task to do, in my case I need meaningful conclusions of how analyze the data and use it in a meaningful way. I recognize the needs of improve tools skills to make the data visual and easy to understand. I'm curious if there are paths to do it beyond the time of tools we are using. I hope you understand that my interest is learn beyond what my employer does for his business.
I appreciate what you can share
Ruth

What are you all using as a project controls/cost management database or data warehouse for large capital programs?
I have contractors using Procore and I have my ERP system but what are people using between these for total cost management across all of the projects?
Is there a good SaaS product? Anyone using Procore SQL extracts? A Procore instance at the owner level is very expensive on top of the Procore contractor tools.
