    Good morning,
Please let me know if anyone is interested in sharing knowledge regarding Rules of Credit.  I envision this as an open forum comparing how expert leaders are measuring / validating percentage complete utilizing rules of credit.

    All

This would be an interesting discussion- something that would be a very worthwhile paper for the AACE Expo as well as a Recommended Practice.

I look forward to seeing a discussion on this topic.

    Best

Look forward to reading these Dan, thanks. From my own experience, creating a non-sbujective form of Progress Measurement, can be, well... very subjective :D

    Hello Paula,

Sorry for the delayed response.  Rules of credit apply to EVT 0/100, 25/50/75/100, 33/66/100 (in engineering do not every use 99%, it will never go past that!), 50/50.  I have used these in all types of programs including Agile, research and development, LRIP, manufacturing, construction, logistics, and design.  They are very much focused on the duration of the activities and the relationship to the reporting calendar, when the scope is hard to objectively take % on.

What are you looking for specifically?
